Four Winds Ventures has appointed Kathy George as its chief executive officer. The Michigan-based enterprise, established by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians, announced the hiring to direct its commercial gaming and hospitality operations.

Professional Background

George joins the organization following her tenure as president of Catawba Two Kings Casino in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. Her previous leadership roles include serving as CEO of FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Battle Creek, Michigan, and overseeing its subsidiary businesses for the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi Indians. She also managed operations at Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel in New York, the temporary facility at Buffalo Creek, and several hotel properties under DoubleTree by Hilton, Embassy Suites, and Wyndham International.
