According to WorldGaming, ICE Barcelona 2027 will feature a new exhibition space focused on gaming technology and financial services. The event runs from 18 to 20 January 2027 and introduces Hall 7 as a dedicated platform for industry infrastructure.
Technology Focus and Conference Program
The Digital and FinTech Transformation Hall will concentrate on cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, data management, cybersecurity, payment systems, and regulatory compliance. A separate conference program on the show floor will allow technology executives to discuss operational challenges and digital development strategies. WorldGaming plans to invite exhibitors from the broader enterprise technology sector alongside established gaming suppliers.An advisory board of eleven technology and gaming executives was formed to shape the hall layout, conference schedule, and exhibitor selection. The group includes Chris Conroy (Future Anthem), Cris Kuehl (Continent 8 Technologies), Cristina Turbatu, Elena Rousseva (Playtech Services), Iulia Bolea (Microsoft), Konstantinos Papakonstantinou (Kaizen Gaming), Manuel Pardavila (Microsoft), Satty Bhens (Entain), Sergey Kastukevich (SOFTSWISS), and Yiannis Stavroulakis (Novibet).
Portfolio Director Margaret Dunn stated that the board's expertise ensures the space addresses current operational priorities and commercial requirements.
